Meet BrettBrett commenced work in the areas of human resources, industrial relations, and safety, in the oil and gas sector, working both onshore and offshore. Over the initial years in this sector, Brett undertook formal training and obtained qualifications in the fields of industrial relations, OHS and workers compensation. Brett worked across the oil and gas, general industrial and construction sectors and mining sectors operating around Australia including: Western Australia mines, South Australia, Queensland, New South Wales and Tasmania. On returning to Victoria, Brett has worked for many manufactures, operating in Australia and abroad, educational facilities, health sector and local government. Over this time, Brett has been fortunate to have secured contracts in both external and internal roles. Working across industry including mining, construction, manufacturing, local government, education, transport, and healthcare, he was exposed to significant industrial relations, workers compensation and OHS matters, this allowed Brett to develop a high level of skill and expertise in these areas. After spending considerable time in the Fair Work Commission, Accident Compensation Tribunal and Human Rights Commission, Brett decided to undertake a law degree and practical legal training. Brett currently holds a current practicing certificate and is currently a practicing Australian lawyer. Brett undertook his supervised training with a law firm in Melbourne Australia. On successful completion of his supervision, Brett opened the law firm Salt Legal and is currently the Principal Lawyer. The fields in which Brett practices include industrial relations, employee relations, equal opportunity, alternative dispute resolution, labour management, OHS, workers compensation and general business and commercial law. |

Meet MichelleMichelle Hui Meng Ong was a practicing Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya (Malaysia) from 1995 up until her relocation to Australia in 2007 where she has maintained her career in legal practice. Michelle employs a practical and sensible approach in her practice, bringing together her years of experience in corporate and commercial litigation, and with the advantage of understanding clients of diverse cross cultural dispositions.
