Our investigations can be fact finding, where we identify the facts only, right through to full investigations involving the identification of breaches and or providing recommendations. 

Our investigators also undertake incident based investigations, for example; safety incidents, incidents involving fraud or incidents involving damage to people or property.

As a law firm, we can undertake investigations that are protected by privilege, in addition our advice regarding findings of the investigation can likewise be protected by privilege.

In addition, should your organisation already have a preferred provider of investigation services, we can engage this contractor to perform an investigation within your organisation, which would likewise be protected by privilege.

Investigations must be independent
